Today is a great day! Felt positive and putting behind the past, moving forward. As you can see on the photo, I have stack up fruits to keep me from craving for junk food and other artificial sweets. Some would say that these fruits are still very sweet but I’d prefer that over the artificial ones. I would have bought pomelo the other day but I cannot carry it anymore so some other time I guess. I eat fruits whenever i get the craving for sweets and as a snack, great alternative than those seaweed crackers at the bottom which I am crazy about. I am trying very hard to live and eat healthy so maybe you can give any healthy suggestions on what to do when I am craving? Thanks!
