Highlight of the Day(Stress-eating)

I have been stress-eating since yesterday and I know it’s bad but I can’t help it. What happened to my mom was really stressful to us her kids but I can’t imagine what she’s feeling. She was crying the whole day yesterday and I think she’s still been crying now just thinking about it. I really pray that she will get pass what happened, I know she will never forget it but I hope she heals and learns from it. We’ll just have to make her smile more often I guess. Meanwhile, with regards to my stress-eating, I will try my best to recover from it. Let’s all have a great day! Remember:


 Especially on a bad day because when you do,

You wouldn’t even notice that the day is finally over!
